Uxbridge - North Walker Woods (Conc. 6. / Allbright Rd.) , Mod-Fast, Sheila King

Members, guests, and non-members welcome.  Pre-registration is mandatory.  

Non-members and new members are asked to contact the hike leader by noon the day before to determine if hike is suitable for them.

Maximum 15 hikers.  No dogs please.

ORTA MAP 5;  ~10k / 4.5-5k per hr /2.5 hrs.   Join me as we explore most of the trails in this scenic forest of deciduous trees with its high canopy. The sandy trail is mainly flat with a few hills.  

Bring ample fluids, sunscreen and bug spray.  Check the weather the morning of and dress accordingly.

NOTE EARLIER START TIME:  arrive at 08h45 for a prompt 09h00 start.

Location: Meet at the roadside parking on the west side of Concession 6, 1.5 km south of Durham 21. Please park perpendicular to the road  to accommodate more cars. This is the most southern entrance, just north of Allbright Road. Alternate parking available 500m south for those with the Uxbridge Parking Permit at the corner of Allbright Road and Concession 6.
