Uxbridge - Countryside Preserve and Uxbridge Urban Provincial Park - moderate - Anna Sunn

Members and non-members welcome.

Non-members are required to contact the hike leader by 6 p.m. the day before to discuss the hike in advance.

ORTA Map 5; 10 km; 2.5+ hrs; moderate pace with minimal hills.  We will start at the Countryside Preserve Trailhead behind Walmart and hike to the new Uxbridge Urban Provincial Park.  We prepared for winter conditions with proper footwear and ample water.  Icers are mandatory.  If snowshoes are recommended, I will advise before Friday.

Parking/location: Meet at 9:15 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. start, at the Countryside Preserve trailhead behind the Wal-Mart store located off of Toronto St.  on the south end of Uxbridge.

Location:  Walmart is located at 6 Welwood Drive, Uxbridge. The trailhead is BEHIND, Walmart.
