Cavan Monaghan - Millbrook Valley Trails, Moderate, Sheila King and Karen Graham

Members and non-members welcome.

This will be a fair weather hike.  Rain date September 29, if necessary  

4-4.5hrs / ~15kms; moderate pace (4km per hour). There will be a lunch/snack break for 20-30 minutes mid-hike.

Non-members are required to contact the hike leader by 6 pm the day before to discuss the hike in advance and to register. 

Please join co-leaders, Sheila and Karen, for a forest hike with varied terrain that includes hills. Please be prepared for uneven terrain. There is a very small quiet country road section and road allowance.

Sturdy footwear and poles recommended. Bring ample water, snack/lunch, bug spray snd sunscreen.  

Location:  Meet on Zion Line just west of the 4th Line Theatre at the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) pond parking area. 

Arrive at 9:15 a.m. for a prompt 9:30 a.m. start
