Caledon - Palgrave Forest North (Finnerty SR), Moderate, Steve and Cheryl Fisher

Members and non-members welcome.

Non-members are required to contact the hike leader by 6 pm the day before to discuss the hike in advance. 

ORTA Map 1; approximately 2 hrs; Palgrave Forest (Finnerty SR).

This is a moderate hike in a beautiful forested area of the Moraine. A mixture of paths. Some hills and ponds and mostly on the Oak Ridges trail.

Be prepared for winter conditions, icers may be required. No dogs. 

Registration is limited to 15 hikers.

Meet at  9:15 for a 9:30 a.m. start.

Directions: Take Hwy 50 south 0.8km from Hwy 9 and turn west onto Finnerty Sideroad, drive 750m. to the Palgrave Forest parking lot on the south side of the road.
