Uxbridge - Altona Pickering Slow-Mod, Carol Fraser

ORTA Map 5; 1½ - 2 hours (5-6 km).  Join me as we hike south from the Sideline 30 Trailhead on the Northeast Trail of the Rouge National Urban Park .  This is a there-and-back hike on well groomed trails with few hills. The trail goes by meadows and through a forested area past a creek.   Maximum 20 hikers.  Option for lunch at  Annina’s Cafe in Goodwood after the hike.

Meet at the parking lot on the WEST side of Sideline 30 (#5460), just south of the Uxbridge Pickering Townline Road  across from an old Mennonite Church. Meet at 9:15 for a 9:30 start.

Meet at 915 am for a 930 start.
