ORTA MAP 4; 2.5hrs approx: This 10km hike takes us through sections of the York Regional Forest in the Clarke Tract, the Patterson Tract, the Hall Tract, the Eldred King Woodland and the Hollidge Tract.  The section of the trail demonstrates the importance of connectivity as donated lands are stitched together to create “ribbons” of green space for the movement of wildlife and the enjoyment of human outdoor activity.

Join our group as we move east to cover the entire Oak Ridges Trail in small, manageable sections.  See all that the Oak Ridges Trail has to offer!

Preparing for the Hike: Dress in layers appropriate to the weather.  2 litres of water is recommended and we may even need bug spray depending on the weather!  No dogs, no drop-outs.

This is a shuttle hike and will require volunteers for driving to the starting point.
